Movember!
Dollies number plates have arrived!along with its FREEE tax disc we can now drive dolly again!
WH1943! Operation Sturmschutzen Panzer Wagon has arrived and is our latest company camper! now this is a rare German Steyer, we saw this in France at Normanday near the village of Cintheaux two years ago and at last she has arrived but needs our careful attention - a project in deed!Mon Ami!
Dolly's headlining being fitted, its a 3 man job! but well worth it!
Leannes and Andrews bus has had her seat belt mounts welded in, and next to it vince and karens bus has had her front remaining floor removed prior to a new one!
Here is a shot of the door to enter the cabin, note huge steering wheel and og canvass. This vehicle is a true survivor
Here is the rear brake drum removed with a very heavy duty puller revealing wheel cylinders, brake shoes, so its a late one ~(again!)
Here is martin fitting on the new brake pipes, all done here in the workshop, we intend to return to France in this vehicle next year! does anyone want to come along?
Lastly volks !! 'The Marsonellies' will be heard again on the hills of Verdun! Honor de Legion! Viva La France!
