A New Girl In The Workshop!!!

Well its been another very busy week down at the farm!

This gorgeous 1965 11 window kombi has just landed! Fresh from Oregon in the states this lovely ratty van is incredibly solid. The underneath is all OG! No filler, bondo or patch work. As original underneath as when she left the factory.

At some point in her illustrious past she has obviously had a bit of bump up front and a kind fellow American has repaired with a bit of filler, this and her unique homemade paint job asside she is pretty much unmolested like so many. A real honest gem.

Slammed with Brookside's signature spindles up front and a straight axle conversion out back she rides nice and use-ably low.  She flew threw her MOT and is now ready and waiting for a new home. so if your looking for an honest 11 window bus you need look no further. Open to offers around the £9000 mark 12 months MOT and TAX.

Give us a call on 0121 451 3232 for more info.

2011 Update!!!

Afternoon Boys and Girls!!

It has been a while since our last update and for that I must apologise! We have been snowed under with work and  the blog had taken a little bit of a back seat!

Anyway moving on to our first post of 2011 and already what a year this is shaping up to be. The pale blue westy is long gone and her new owners are chuffed to bits. Ready and waiting for summer to enjoy some camping in the old girl.

Mikes bus is back in the work shop for some lowering action. His bus has been smacked mildly with the lowering stick. Lovely brand new rebuilt dropped spindles and a straight axle conversion on the back. Dropped 2 splines so she is still nice and drivable.

We also have this beautiful early bay in at the moment having some accident damage repaired. This lovely early 68 was restored by us a few years ago and is still looking great. The damage is pretty much all repaired now and the owners should be picking her up this week.

And last but by no means least is this lovely 1970 bay window which we are currently just over half way through. The new owners have specified the colour and the various extras already added to the van. It wont be long till we have an MOT and another Brookside resto takes to the open road.
